All of our drivers are fully licensed and insured.
We require enough time for travel (at least two hours before boarding). Ask us if you are unsure. We keep your airport booking open until your planned arrival.
First 30 minutes waiting free, thereafter 20 pence per minute waiting time.
After any changes to your circumstances, please contact us immediately to avoid disappointment.
Don’t book a taxi with the driver as we won’t guarantee any service and will not be responsible for any problems.
If there are any problems during your journey, please contact us straight away because your feedback is important to us.
The price quoted is the price you pay.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
You must be at least 16 years old in order to make a booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the pickup time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel later than that, we will deduct a 20% administration charge:
No refunds if problems are with roads or weather.
No refund if alternative transport is used.
No refund if you cancel your journey without notifying us.
No refund after any type of abuse to our driver.
